Okay - so we spell our "Zonkee" a little differently - just for fun! But do you know what a Zonkey really is? Zonkeys are very rare and have a zebra dad and a donkey mom, or a zebra mom and donkey dad! Donkeys are closely related to zebras and both animals belong to the horse family.

A zonkey can be trained to do all the things a mule or donkey or horse can be trained to do. They are however more cautious animals and are more likely to run away from danger. They also have sharper prey instincts than that of a horse or donkey. Want to see some pictures of Zonkeys? They're cute!
